across multiple WhatsApp numbers, you needed to create a separate bot for each channel. This can be time-consuming, especially when you have more than five channels on your DoubleTick account.Now, the
On Template Delivered trigger
supports multiple WhatsApp channels
within the same bot
. You can use one bot across multiple numbers and see which channels the selected template is approved on.When you hover over a template, you can also see its current status, such as
Approved
, Pending
, Rejected
, or Not created
.Existing bots are not affected
: Bots created with the earlier On Template Delivered block will continue to work as before. New bots will use the multi-channel version.To learn more, read the
