Currently, keyword triggers in Bot Builder have to be added one by one. We need to click, type, save, and repeat for every keyword.
For businesses like ours, this becomes very time-consuming because we need to add 50 to 200+ keywords for products, categories, price list requests, order requests, and common customer questions.
Please add bulk keyword management options in Bot Builder.
Requested features:
  1. Import keywords from CSV or TXT file
Users should be able to upload a simple file and add many keywords at once.
  1. Export keyword list
Users should be able to download the existing keyword list, edit it outside DoubleTick, and upload it again.
  1. Bulk paste option
Users should be able to paste multiple keywords at once, one keyword per line or comma-separated.
  1. Reusable keyword groups
Users should be able to save keyword sets as Keyword Packs and reuse them in different bots.

keyword,partial_match
price list,YES
cable clip,YES
MCB box,NO
ball valve,YES
Why this is important:
Without bulk keyword management, building a serious keyword-based bot takes too much manual work and mistakes can happen easily.
This feature will help wholesalers, retailers, agencies, and businesses with large product catalogs build bots much faster.
It will also make DoubleTick more useful and competitive compared to other WhatsApp automation platforms.
We would be happy to test this feature when it is available.
