Create folders and move a template to a folder. This should enable you to organise large number of templates in a much better way

Until such time that this request is approved one can follow a simple pattern of naming their templates to start with certain combination as below:
UM = User Message
UM_template_1
MC = Marketing Campaign
MC_DiwaliOffer_20241001
SU / EU = Staff Update / Employee Update
SU_Diwali_Bonus_Announcement_2024
and so on. Create your own short codes internally as per your requirements and it will be easy to even track and make it available for the team to understand how to call upon a template while replying to the customers for a repeated question / common scenario of a business and it will be easy for them to know which template to use!
