Create "variable bots" where we can configure repetitive smaller tasks (like asking customer details) and these variable bots can be called inside another bot. That way, these "variable bots" can start their journey and end the journey and handover the process to the main bot within which it was triggered. So, creating multiple bots with repeated info can be minimized.

+ Additionally, "variable bots" can be used to assign chat to bot (instead of team member) to start a specific automated process which customers can complete on their own guided by the bot process and once this process is completed, the chat can be re-assigned to the team member (decided at the time of assigning the chat to bot) ex: Customer support team chats with customer > assigns chat to a bot process to collect info > chat assigned to billing team (instead of customer support)
