There should option of chat edit or delete and also internal group can be formed

I want a filter of date to search in chat using date

We are not able to share documents (excel,pdf etc) from 3rd party app, which even Gmail and whats app allows please update on this.

Hi Team, I’ve noticed a limitation in the current chat search functionality that I believe could be improved. When I search for a word or phrase within the chat section, the tool only seems to search through the names of the people in the chat, not the actual conversation content. There are times when I recall saying something specific to a customer, but I can’t remember exactly who it was. In apps like WhatsApp, I can search for a keyword and it brings up the exact message across different chats — this kind of functionality would be really helpful here as well. It would be great if the search could include the message content, not just the customer names. This would make it much easier to locate specific interactions quickly and improve efficiency. Thanks for considering this suggestion!

Option to close conversations in bulk, as given for deleting/tagging the chats in bulk

looking for a group messaging and scheduling solution to help manage operations—probably to coordinate tasks, shift schedules, or updates across your team or departments.

Enable customers to select date and/or time using WhatsApp flows. Or else if captured via some other channel then add the appointment date/time to your customer Capture this date/time to google calendar (some other system can also be possible) Send reminders to the customer sometime before the appointment with an option to reschedule On re-schedule repeat the steps from 1-3
