Requesting a feature to get analytics of broadcast(Delivered, sent, failed etc. All status) from DoubleTick to their CRM in PopTalks through API, basically requesting a API Feature. Attached the details they require in their CRM.

There should be an option where we can export the chat by selecting date filter on daily basis.

Organisation Role creation should have a Role which restricts viewing all chats. Currently new role creation permits to view all chats of all members. Authenticated Sensitive messages like OTP's can be viewed by all Members/ Roles

It would be helpful to add tooltip text (e.g., using the title attribute or a custom tooltip component) to buttons and icons in the UI. This would provide users with quick context or descriptions when they hover over an element, making the interface more intuitive and user-friendly. Got this Idea : Select action icon and mark chat as done looks very similar or they look a like which a normal user can't understand unless clicked.

If one team member is replying to a conversation, that will be shown to all team members that open the chat. This way they know someone else is in the middle of replying to a conversation

All the chats visible on Instagram chats must automatically be reflected on DoubleTick.

Can i get report on chat notes of all Chats in xcel to be downloaded

There should option of chat edit or delete and also internal group can be formed
