There should be a feature where we can get the details of the Template which is used and how many times, status of the messages sent, date of sent templates and list of customer to whom those templates are sent. Currently, it is not available. We just get the count not the details. Please take it on priority. This is required to evaluate the performance of the templates which are sent to customers.

Automation flow to be set for the failed marketing templates, it should get triggered again

Create folders and move a template to a folder. This should enable you to organise large number of templates in a much better way

Please provide template grouping, access & advanced filter option. Ex. Common,Product wise, utility, department wise, festival or event base.

video header media cannot be larger then 16MB, which simply is not possible as any decent quality video takes up significantly higher space. Alternatively tried uploading via URL then also error is showing.
